Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Mr. Lackey will remain a limited partner in the business. PensacolaAutoShopper.com is a successful Web site that has provided an affordable marketing tool to car dealers since 2000. PensacolaAutoShopper.com has been updated and is currently being marketed under the SouthernAutoShopper.com brand. Services became available on February 1, 2003. Auto dealers and individuals can place their listings for FREE during the month of February.
