E-MAIL IS NOT SECURE. E-MAIL IS NOT PRIVATE. Electronic mail passes through multiple mail servers on the Internet. One can never be guaranteed privacy or security from E-mail servers; therefore, anyone seeking privacy should use an encryption scheme to render messages unreadable by eavesdroppers.
With regards to Creative Data Concepts Limited, Inc. mail servers, we only examine a users mail when required; for example, when troubleshooting E-mail delivery problems or upon being presented with a legal search warrant for the information.

Commercial Advertisements
Commercial advertising is an accepted and welcome use of the Internet. However, there are appropriate and inappropriate places for Internet advertising.
Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than one recipient, is by itself "Spamming." Individuals who have requested to be part of a list can receive E-mail through that specific listserv. If in doubt, remember that E-mail is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium.
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) is not allowed. Incoming UCE is filtered before reaching our clients. Attempts to send outgoing UCE will result in immediate account cancellation. Using another mail server to promote a web site we host by way of UCE will result in immediate closing of the web site advertised.
Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most E-mail mailing lists. Inappropriate posting may result in account cancellation. See the newsgroup or mailing list's charter to determine if advertising is allowed or not. "Spamming," or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is particularly unethical and will be treated as such.
Creative Data Concepts Limited, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for any and all forms of Internet abuse.
Illegal Material
We require that our customers never attempt to use our network for illegal purposes.
When presented with a search warrant, we are obligated to release any information named therein, and will cooperate with the authorities in any criminal investigation of inappropriate Internet usage.
Among the actions we consider illegal and therefore do not allow on our network are:
We handle potentially inappropriate web pages on a case-by-case basis. Examples of inappropriate information include:
